02Risk scores are heuristics
Risk scores and checks are generated automatically from public blockchain data and third-party market data. They are simplified indicators, can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate, and cannot detect every scam, exploit, rug pull or malicious behaviour. A high score does not mean a token is safe, and a low score does not prove a token is malicious.
03Third-party data
Market data is sourced from third-party providers such as DexScreener and on-chain data from public Solana RPC nodes. Argus does not control these services and makes no warranty about their availability, accuracy or timeliness. Links to third-party sites (including Solscan, DexScreener and Jupiter) are provided for convenience only; Argus is not responsible for their content or for any transactions you make there.
04Crypto assets are high risk
Digital assets are volatile and speculative. You can lose all of the funds you use to trade. Meme coins and newly launched tokens carry especially high risk of fraud, manipulation and illiquidity. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely and always do your own research.
05No custody, no wallet access
Argus never asks for your private keys or seed phrase, never connects to your wallet and never holds, transfers or has access to your funds. If anyone claiming to represent Argus asks for these, it is a scam.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argus and its contributors provide this service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its data.
07Jurisdiction and eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this website and any digital asset activity complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you. Argus is not available where its use would be prohibited.
